The ongoing pandemic has accelerated the Digitization of learning and development (L&D), propelling it to the top of companies’ priorities. The 5^th Edition L&D Vision & Innovation Summit and Awards 2022 Focused on Analyzing the churn in the L&D ecosystem that brought about new ways of work and the need for urgent reskilling and upskilling in the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic.
